That's why all of our products are guaranteed against defects for one full year. In addition to that, if for any reason you're not satisfied with an item, return it within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping charges). Sorry, special order and monogrammed items are not returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURNS
Please be sure to inspect each item carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please call us within 48 hours and keep all packaging. If you need to return an item for any reason call 1-800-598-5144 for a return authorization number and instructions. Sorry, special order and monogrammed items are not returnable.
